Product Manager EMS Hardware / Gateway Electronics (m/f/d)

• Drive the complete lifecycle of hardware products, coordinating across Engineering, Procurement, and Supplier teams to deliver standout solutions

• Convert customer needs and market trends into innovative hardware features and growth opportunities

• Craft and execute product roadmaps that scale with the company’s expansion

• Ensure superior quality, reliability, and manufacturability in every product

• Clearly communicate product direction and vision to leadership and cross-functional teams

• Build and nurture internal networks through strong facilitation and collaboration skills

• Operate confidently in fast-moving environments, taking full ownership and staying composed under pressure

We’re looking for:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or similar 

• 2+ years experience in hardware product development

• First experience in product or project management

• Strong communication & stakeholder coordination skills

• Self-starter mindset with high accountability

• Fluent in English and German
