We are seeking an experienced and dynamic supply chain finance leader for our finance team. The candidate will optimize the financial performance of our supply chain operations in Europe & APAC and lead a diverse international team.

In this role you will be able to make a clear difference and have exposure to senior management across the supply chain and finance organization. The candidate will work closely with the SCM business leadership team, that is responsible of delivering and repairing spare parts for the wind farms across the world. You will also work with finance departments and be part of a finance team that oversees the Global Supply Chain, reporting to the Global Head of SCM finance.

How to contribute to our vision 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Lead your team of 6 controllers and 2 student workers. The team is overseeing all aspects of cost pricing, logistics, repair shops and warehouses for Europe and APAC, which includes 4 warehouses and 4 repair shops.
  • Lead and manage the financial planning and analysis of the spare parts supply chain division in Europe and APAC.
  • Analyze relevant KPIs and ensure actions are taken.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce supply chain cost and improve profitability.
  • Manage inventory, optimizing working capital and minimizing obsolescence risk.
  • Optimizing the cost of the repair loop of defect components, ensuring that cost is accurately reflected in the material being repaired.
  • Optimize the execution of monthly tasks in the finance team.

What you need to make a difference 

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…

  • At least 5 years of leadership experience from a multi-cultural environment with a proven track record
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain finance or potentially as CFO in a supply chain heavy business.
  • Experience with SAP, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Master’s degree in economics, finance or supply chain management
  • Knowledge and experience with accounting related to inventory, product costing or similar
  • Engage and motivate your team members based in Denmark, Germany and India.
  • It would be an advantage if you have experience from a logistics company.
