The NCE Construction department at Vestas Wind Systems manages construction projects in Northern and Central Europe, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality. The Installation & Commissioning (I&C) team handles the pre-installation, installation, and commissioning of wind turbines both onshore and offshore. Within I&C, the Operational HSE, Logistic & Excellence department includes the HSE Excellence team, which provides HSE support to execution teams at various construction sites. This support is offered both from the back-office and on-site by a team of around seven specialists. As the leader of this team, you will also be part of the Operational HSE, Logistic & Excellence management team, collaborating to support the future growth of NCE Construction.

Responsibilities 

  • Lead and represent the team, both internally and externally.
  • Ensure the management team’s strategic direction is set and maintained.

  Qualifications

  • Over 3 years of experience leading subject matter experts.
  • Preferably holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Knowledgeable in management principles and experienced in people leadership.
  • Skilled in distance management, planning, and coordination.
  • Strong understanding of high-level construction processes.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
