How to contribute to our vision

We are looking for an Industrial Platform Manager, fully responsible for successful execution of Power Electronics development projects. You will become part of a high-performance team responsible for the new industrial platform generation for developing auxiliary converter for Offshore wind turbines.   

  • The Platform Manager manages projects with responsibility for successful execution:
  • Executes the project within the defined requirements (e.g. budget, time, functionality).
  • Ensures business success and satisfaction of the internal customer and ensures professional stakeholder management.
  • Ensures timely decisions on open issues, escalating if necessary.

In the context of Engineering:

  • Manages a network of technical specialists in order to develop customer specific components.
  • Coordinates the Engineering disciplines and the cooperation with involved regional Engineering units including their interfaces.
  • Performs technical risk management.
  • Supports full life cycle of the product.

What you need to make a difference

Skills and experience

  • University degree in electronics or electricity
  • Between 2-5 years of experience in the development of the written job requirements.
  • Fluent in English (B2)
  • Valuable PMI Certification
  • Tools: Planisware, Microsoft Project, Office, Word, SAP
  • Methodical and practical approach in organize meetings
