We are now looking for a dedicated Installation Lead to join our Onshore construction team, where you will be at the font of reforming renewable energy.

How to contribute to our vision

The installation lead will be in close corporation with the site manager, though the installation lead will focus on the installation of the complete Windmills on site. The installation lead will be responsible for making sure the installations are completed within the set timeframe and in a qualitative manner.

The installation lead will coordinate the daily management of workers, both internal and external. You will secure the correct workers and parts are there according to the installation phase on the site. The installation lead will be responsible making sure the workers on site, whether internal or external workers are rightly equipped to install the windmills and understands all phases of the installations in order to guide the workers.

It is expected that there will be 250 days per year on different sites all over the world. There will be a rotation within the team of 3 weeks out and 1 week at home in country´s near Hungary/Denmark, and 6 weeks out and 2 weeks home when working longer away from Hungary/Denmark.

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…

A strong communicator, who thrives working with both internal and external stakeholders, high and low in the organization. You have experience in setting the direction of a project, understanding its phases in details, and thrives in this type of environment.

You preferably hold a degree in Electrical- or Mechanical engineering, with +5 years of relevant experience from a similar position. Experience with High Voltage installation projects would be a great advantage, including from the Wind industry.

Additionally, it is vital that you are prepared to take upon a position that requires a lot of travelling. Having a high level of English is essential, as it is the corporate language of Siemens Gamesa.
