How to contribute to our vision

  • Monitor market development of offshore wind, including customer, competitor and supply chain, in close collaboration with other departments
  • Identify market trends and conduct in-depth analysis with focus on potential impact to our business  
  • Support new market entry process  
  • Gain insight on capital market perspective as well as risks & opportunities for value creation along the value chain
  • Initialize strategic discussions and action items based on outcome of strategic analysis / benchmarking
  • Collaborate with Sales team on market evaluation process and manage the corporate process for market evaluation
  • Support definition of positioning for diverse policy related topics
  • Lead or support other cross-functional strategic initiatives

What You Need To Make a Difference

A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…

  • Master’s degree in engineering, economics or similar
  • Multiple years of professional experience (incl. multiple years with wind power, especially offshore wind power)
  • Good overview on overall offshore wind industry landscape incl. policy framework
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with work in an international team with diversified cultures
  • Self-motivated with high focus on impact and quality of work
  • Experience in managing complex projects
  • High proficiency in Excel and Power Point & familiar with management presentations
  • Good knowledge on company financial reporting
  • Structured approach to tackle tasks
  • Fluency in English, both orally and in writing
  • Open-minded with strong team spirit
  • Experience in strategic consulting or corporate development/strategy preferred
