- From A for employment contract to Z for reference - nothing works without you: you are responsible for drawing up employment contracts, other contractual documents of all kinds, references and correspondence.
- You will conduct the preparatory payroll accounting in close cooperation with our external payroll office, including the planning, preparation and follow-up of monthly salaries.
- You will be responsible for clarifying matters relating to employment, tax and social security law and our benefits (e.g. Urban Sports Club and Jobrad).
- You will be responsible for carrying out all administrative activities in the area of People & Culture Services and supporting the People Business Partners in their day-to-day business. Furthermore, you will be a trusted contact person for internal stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Legal, IT) and external institutions.
- You will support our employees as a trusted contact person for all questions on People & Culture-related topics and therefore play a vital role within the company.
- You have the opportunity to actively participate in the continuous optimization, standardization and digitalization of our People Operations Services processes as part of projects outside of day-to-day business, to contribute your ideas and thus make an important contribution to the company's success.
- Your heart burns for People & Culture work - you have already gained relevant professional experience in a comparable position.
- You have knowledge of labor law, social security and tax law.
- You enjoy thinking outside the box and enjoy dealing with a wide variety of People & Culture-related topics in a dynamic environment with a strong team behind you.
- You are accustomed to working in a digital environment and ideally have already had contact with Personio.
- You have excellent German language skills, and you are fluent in English.
