How You’ll Make an Impact

• Project Coordination:Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of maintenance outages, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with engineering, service, and sales teams to align goals, share technical insights, and address challenges in real-time.
• Customer Engagement:Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing updates and addressing concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction and trust in Siemens Energy’s services.
• Team Culture Promotion:Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that encourages open communication, idea sharing, and continuous improvement among team members.

What You Bring

• Extensive Experience in Rotating Equipment: A proven background in managing projects related to turbines and generators, with a strong understanding of their operational principles and maintenance requirements. Must have between 3 to 5 years of experience in this field.
• Strong Leadership Skills:Ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams, fostering a sense of ownership and accountability among team members while ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Customer-Centric Approach:A deep commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs, ensuring that their expectations are not only met but exceeded, enhancing long-term relationships.
• Adaptability and Resilience:Thrive in dynamic environments, demonstrating flexibility in the face of changing project requirements and the ability to bounce back from setbacks, particularly in high-stakes situations.
• Effective Communication Skills:Strong ability to convey complex technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
• Fluent in Italian and English:Must be able to speak and write in both Italian and English fluently.
