Project Procurement Executive

The Project Procurement Executive integrates Procurement into the project management process (PM@Siemens) and organizes, controls, and monitors all Procurement activities in a project.
How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Participates in project/sales meetings as a core team member to influence early and optimize internal workflows.
• Establishes sourcing and Procurement processes and controls all Procurement resources and activities in the project.
• Analyzes customer inquiries during bid preparation to understand functional needs and include supplier innovations.
• Supports project calculation with reliable material cost data.
• Analyzes scope of supply and contracts, carries out risk analyses, and provides negotiation recommendations.
• Assesses sales and operations planning for new projects and controls material costs to ensure Procurement involvement.
• Drives Procurement strategies in projects and ensures implementation.
• Leads contractual and price negotiations and supports specialist buyers.
• Clarifies internal indicators for project controlling and compiles qualified reports.
• Systematically forwards all relevant Procurement-related project information.
• Drives cost-benefit analyses, value creation, and improvements for products and projects.
• Coordinates and executes negotiations, CVE exercises, e-Auctions, or equivalent SCM initiatives.

What You Bring

• Degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in Offshore & Marine business.
• Excellent communication skills for close interaction with suppliers and internal stakeholders across Singapore and other regions.
• Proven execution experience with local and international suppliers in the industry.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office for reporting.
• Intercultural experience within an international team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-driven, accountable, and able to contribute in a fast-paced environment.
