We, at the Offshore Proposal Department within Offshore Service, are looking for a new colleague to join our Proposal Manager team.

As our new Offshore Service Proposal Manager, you will work as integrated part of the core team on sales projects, with the product being service activities for offshore wind farms. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Review of tender specification to understand customer requirements
• Active participation in the project specific planning and sales process
• Calculation of costs and prices in close alignment with a long list of internal contributors
• Management and documentation of technical deviations in relation to the bid/contract
• Active participation in customer meetings and contract negotiations

The Offshore Proposal Department is a global function, and you will daily interact with many of your colleagues online. You will be physically assigned to our office in Taipei in Taiwan or alternatively in Korea. You will have a high degree of flexibility to plan in-office work hours to allow a sustainable work-life balance. At the same time you will also experience a dynamic workload including peaks periods where it is expected that everyone contributes to get the work done as a team effort.

What you need to make a difference

A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. You have a professional background in Business, Finance or similar preferably with experience from the Wind industry. Regardless of your experience level, you are familiar with multicultural environments and therefore can adapt to situations that occur in a global organization.

Furthermore, you need:

•  To be customer-orientated and have a service-minded approach to your work.
• To be a strong team player with focus on communication.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken (as English is the company language).
