A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Quality Manager in Grid Technologies Service, you are responsible for ensuring that all service and project activities are conducted safely, adhere to regulatory requirements, and meet the highest quality standards. You are an essential member of the project core team, collaborating closely with Project Managers, engineering, procurement, and site teams to implement Quality Plans, supervise Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Quality Gates, and proactively identify potential risks throughout the service lifecycle. Serving as the primary contact for customers, suppliers, and certification bodies, you manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes. You are also responsible for monitoring supplier performance and ensuring compliance with ISO standards and internal QEHS requirements.
Furthermore, you actively monitor customer satisfaction through regular feedback collection and analysis, using this insight to develop and implement targeted action plans that address concerns, drive improvements, and strengthen client relationships.
