Job Description

<p>As Business Intelligence Developer, your mission is to help Enpal by creating the useful and high-quality products to enable Group Finance &amp; Asset Management reporting for Germany’s largest green energy-tech company.</p><p><strong>You will:</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with the senior managers in Finance, Accounting, Controlling and Asset Management teams to <strong>design, build, and maintain dbt transformation pipelines</strong> and long-lasting dashboards to ensure the best-in-class reporting data infrastructure for financial reporting needs.</li><li><strong>Automate the delivery and quality control of monthly asset reports</strong> which track customer agreements, ensuring accurate tracking of rent payments, asset lifespan, and customer purchases, for key stakeholders and refinancing partners providing an efficient self-service reporting.</li><li><strong>Develop deep knowledge of ERP</strong> (MS Dynamics) <strong>and auxiliary finance management systems</strong> (Aryza, Contavio, Lucanet, Navan, Spendesk) to have a holistic perspective on data related to financial transactions and resources. Ensure adequate usage &amp; design of the financial data in the Data Warehouse. Proactively come up with suggestions for the improvements of the ERP and auxiliary system itself.</li><li><strong>Lead weekly meetings with stakeholders</strong>, ensure quarterly roadmap planning and drive prioritization.</li></ul>

Qualifications

<ul><li><strong>5+ years of relevant experience</strong>&#xa0;in business intelligence, analytics with a strong background in finance or accounting domains.</li><li><strong>High proficiency in SQL, ETL processes</strong>, and familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Our tech stack includes dbt, Snowflake, Streamlit, Tableau, Power BI.</li><li><strong>Exposure to Python for data analysis</strong> (e.g. pandas).</li><li><strong>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</strong>, with a proven track record in automating data pipelines and reporting workflows, especially for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.</li><li><strong>Strong ability to analyse financial data</strong>, identify patterns, and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of clear, understandable financial reports.</li><li><strong>Enthusiasm for working in dynamic, rapidly changing environments</strong>, with a commitment to financial excellence and innovation.</li></ul>
