You are part of the Marketing Analytics team, whose vision is to enable Marketing to take data-driven decisions.
- Enable momox marketing to take data-driven decisions and help us to get a 360 degree view of the customers
- Support for our online marketing with data-driven, strategic consulting to determine the effectiveness and impact of marketing activities
- Proactively manage and implement the automation of processes and analysis like the Customer Journey and the Print Analysis
- Support the implementation of new data sources to our data warehouse
- Collaborate closely with our Marketing & product teams and translate their requirements into technical solutions
- Support the CRM Marketing team with ad hoc analysis to create impactful recommendations & insights for improvement
- Maintain a stable tracking environment by testing important CRM features
- Create relevant customer segments based on individual needs and orchestrate CRM activities across different channels
- Analytical degree related to Economics, Marketing, or Computer Science
- Several years of experience as an Analyst with a marketing data background, preferably in the e-commerce environment
- Experience in the fields of CRM, Mobile Marketing, BI, Data Analytics
- Solid knowledge of visualization tools (Looker, Tableau) and very good knowledge of SQL and working with databases
- Good understanding of working with software development processes
- Knowledge of Tracking & Analytics Tools like GA4, GTM or Adjust is an advantage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate in international, cross functional teams
- Strategy- and data-driven working style and enjoy working in an agile environment
