Senior Sustainability Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-organized Senior Sustainability Manager (m/f/d) to support momox and the teams to implement projects in our headquarters in Berlin.

• Development and implementation of sustainability strategies and ESG strategy
• Support in the implementation and continuous improvement of ESG performance reports and systems in accordance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)
• Coordination of sustainability projects in cooperation with all departments 
• Supporting the strategic alignment of the company, definition and tracking of KPIs
• Preparation of CO2 balances according to the GHG Protocol
• Support in sustainability-related communication with internal stakeholders and external experts, partners and auditors
• Monitoring and analyzing trends and developments in sustainability reporting

• Degree in Sustainable Development, Business Administration, Engineering, or other relevant fields
• Several years of work experience in an internal ESG/CSRD team, ESG consulting, project management, or banking with focus on sustainability, ideally in an international environment
• In-depth knowledge of sustainability standards and reporting, as well as relevant environmental and social laws
• Ability to integrate sustainability topics into business context
• Creative mindset, affinity for quantitative models, strong conceptual and implementation skills
• High motivation, self-organized work style, and strong communication skills
• Strong ownership with a hands-on mentality to implement cross-functional measures
• Knowledge of ESG reports and frameworks
• Fluent English skills, German is a plus
