You have belonged to Service Operations, your task is to ensure safety and quality operation of WTGs and associated equipment's under service contract at sites, in accordance with the processes, instructions, business rules and your best knowledge. You deal with streamlining the workload and things impacting the statutory compliance, Customer satisfaction, financial discipline, planning, to ensure the flow will be stable.

Responsibilities

Responsible for regional support of Blade Material System in the NEA region

• Delivery of services on an operational level with respect to process adherence, service quality, safety standards and performance ensured.

• Assigned staff is supervised/led/coordinated and a positive and effective working relationship is established / maintained- Communication skills development, competencies and training actions are managed including safety related (Safety walks / talks)- Compliance with Vestas standards across the dedicated site and processes, procedures and tools implemented continuously

• Resource availability given to perform dedicated work orders

• Daily management of dedicated staff and resolve issues with external service provider, customers, and internal stakeholders

• Implement defined function specific processes, procedures, and tools

• Monitor technician's performance and task execution to ensure effective cost control

• Monitor and track site performance and continuously improvement. Provide 1st level technical support to the technicians

Qualification

• BE/Diploma with more than 5 years of work experience, wind turbine experience is highly preferred.

• Leadership skills & experience

• Good spoken and written communication skills in English

• Salesforce knowledge and hands-on experience is highly desired and MS Office suite knowledge - willingness to learn

• High degree of Safety Awareness

• Willing to be based on wind site
