Dans cette position, vous jouerez un rôle critique en aidant l'organisation de la Livraison de Programmes et en travaillant aux côtés du VP - Livraison de Programmes.

À propos du poste

Vous assisterez et soutiendrez toutes les équipes de l'organisation de livraison de programmes, y compris la Fabrication, l'Industrialisation, la Qualité, la Chaîne d'Approvisionnement et la Gestion de Programmes. Le rôle exige que vous livriez un excellent travail dans l'organisation de la gouvernance interne, que vous donniez le tempo pour un suivi discipliné et structuré des sujets stratégiques et que vous agissiez au nom du VP dans la gestion de projets multifonctionnels complexes lors d'une phase critique de croissance de l'entreprise.

Les principales responsabilités sont :

• Stratégie : Participer à la réflexion stratégique, aider à définir les priorités et où mettre l'accent.
• Gardien : Assurer l'engagement du VP au bon moment pour prendre des décisions clés.
• Préparation et suivi des réunions : Préparer l'ordre du jour des réunions de la haute direction du programme. Soutenir les orateurs pour structurer leur présentation afin de garantir le bon niveau de discussion en réunion et orienté vers la prise de décision. Organiser des réunions de suivi pour clôturer tous les sujets ouverts.
• Communication : Préparer toute présentation nécessaire pour le VP (par exemple, pour les réunions de direction, le personnel, la stratégie).
• Préparation d'événements : Participer à la préparation d'événements internes/externes (par exemple, des ateliers internes ou pour les clients).
• Gestion de projets : Piloter des projets multifonctionnels au sein de l'entreprise. Assurer l'engagement des différents parties prenantes pour faciliter la prise de décision et l'exécution du projet.
• Processus/Gouvernance : Soutien pour améliorer les processus internes et la gouvernance pour rationaliser les opérations, tout en garantissant les responsabilités des parties prenantes concernées.
• Analyser : Effectuer des comparaisons, des analyses de données.
• Agenda : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'Assistant Exécutif pour optimiser l'agenda du VP selon les priorités.

Strategy Specialist , Program Delivery

In this position, you will play a critical role assisting the organization of Program Delivery and working alongside the VP-Program Delivery.

About the job

You will assist and support all teams in the program delivery organization, including Manufacturing, Industrialization, Quality, Supply Chain and Program Management. The role requires that you deliver an excellent work in organizing the internal governance, give the tempo for a disciplined and structured follow up of strategic subjects and act on behalf of the VP in the management of complex cross functional projects during a critical phase of growth of the company.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: .

• Strategy : Participate in strategic thinking, help to set priorities and where to put the focus

• Gatekeeper: Ensure the engagement of the VP at the right time to make key decisions

• Preparation & Follow-up meetings : Prepare agenda of Program Top Management meetings. Support speakers to structure their presentation to ensure to get the right level of discussion in meeting and oriented towards decision making. Organize follow-up meetings to close all open topics

• Communication: Prepare any presentation needed for the VP (e.g. for Management Meetings, Staff, Strategy)

• Event preparation: Participate in the preparation of internal / external events (e.g. internal or clients workshops)

• Project Management: Steer cross-functional projects within the company. Ensure the engagement of the different stakeholders to facilitate decision-making and project execution

• Process/Governance: Support to improve internal processes & governance to streamline operations, while ensuring accountabilities of relevant stakeholders

• Analyze: Perform benchmarks, data analysis

• Agenda: Work closely with the Executive Assistant to optimize VP agenda according to priorities

Skills & Requirements

Quelques prérequis:

• MSc minimum en sciences ou en ingénierie.
• Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans des cabinets de conseil de haut niveau (McKinsey, BCG).
• Minimum de 2 à 3 ans dans l'industrie (programmes, qualité, fabrication, etc.).
• Excellentes compétences en anglais écrit et oral.
• Solides compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer simultanément de multiples activités et sujets.
• Compétences exceptionnelles en traitement des données, en analyse et en présentation dans MS Office, notamment avec Excel et PowerPoint.

We believe that you have:

• Minimum MSc degree in Science or Engineering field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in top consulting firms (McK, BCG...)
• Minimum 2-3 years in Industry (Programs, Quality, Manufacturing, etc.)
• Excellent English written and oral skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple activities & topics simultaneously
• Exceptional data crunching, analytical and presentation skills in MS office, especially with Excel & PowerPoint
