What you will do:

In this role, you will join a growing and dynamic PMO team where we value teamwork, flexibility and a good sense of humour. By joining us, you will get the chance to:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing projects, including research and ad-hoc support to other teams where needed.
  • Monitoring and consolidation of information of progress, as well as preparation of key strategic material used for decision-making by management.
  • Keeping track of most prominent risks and opportunities across all related work-streams.
  • Supporting in keeping control of NOVOs high-level company decisions and plans.
  • Liaising with parent companies (Volvo Cars and Northvolt) to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions.

Skills & Requirements:

  • An engineering and/or business degree (B.Sc./M.Sc. or similar).
  • Minimum three years of experience in consulting, strategy development, program management or similar.
  • Experience leading projects with good success.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Great quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
  • Experience in the electric vehicle, energy, or battery industry is meriting.

The person we are looking for is a reliable person with great collaboration skills. We also believe you have a structured approach to work, as well as confident managing a multi-stakeholder environment. You thrive by solving problems on a day-to-day basis and work towards common goals. You are used to a high paced work environment, demanding a high level of flexibility as well as excellent time management skills.

If you're ready to step into a role where you'll get exposure to a variety of stakeholders and departments within NOVO, as well as our parent companies, participate in the epicenter of a unique project, and get a significant opportunity for career advancement, please submit your application.

For this role, we will review applications on an ongoing basis.
