​How to contribute to our vision

As part of the Test and Validation Project Management Office in the Technology Organization, your mission will be to connect all involved parties with the targeted focus to fulfil the test strategy entitled by platform management.

In the Test and Validation area we manage testing activities for new product and new technology development which encompass from material tests, components, and systems up to full scale prototype wind turbine validation.

You will have the responsibility to control the cross-functional overview of test scopes handled by the different teams in the test and Validation area, as part of the Validation and Verification plan of the new product platform.

Report on actuals and manage deviations of test plan schedule, budget (expenses and hours) as well as identification/follow up of risks are major activities in this position.

Close collaboration with Test and Validation Department Heads, Test Managers, Project Chief Engineers, and Platform/Module Project Managers is crucial to boost the effectiveness of this role.

Communication is of outmost importance in this position, you will have to feel comfortable to present towards high level management as well as in a wider audience.

What are my responsibilities

High level Project Management with regards to cross-functional test activities.

Act as Single Point of Contact towards Platform/Module Project Managers for the Product Test Plan related topics.

Responsible for the follow up and reporting of ongoing test activities within the New Product development project. Support in the identification of testing needs and provide status to Project Management on the budget and timeline execution.

What do I need to qualify for this job:

You have a technical engineering degree, M.Sc. with +5 years of professional experience with project management.

You have experience in the renewable energy sector and in test & validation Plans Management.

You have fundamental project management skills and a proven track record in a product or technology development environment.

You are detail and quality oriented and have a structured and thorough approach to your tasks.

You thrive in a multicultural environment and possess excellent communication and English skills both orally and in writing.

You have experience in managing development projects with large number of stakeholders involved – internally and externally.

You are development oriented, open for change and outgoing.
