We are looking for a self-driven Working Student (f/m/x) to support our Talent Acquisition activities in Germany for a duration of 6 months with the possibility of extension. The Working Student (f/m/x) position is based in Hamburg, where you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team Lead for the region.

How to contribute to our vision

As a Working Student (f/m/x) Talent Acquisition at Siemens Gamesa, you will assist our team in various operational, administrative and communication tasks recruitment activities and gain hands-on experience in the field of Talent Acquisition, such as:

  • Preparing presentations, descriptions and keeping key information up to date for internal and external use. 
  • Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various job boards.
  • Support employer branding initiatives by helping organize and participate in career fairs and recruitment events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant universities and coordinate and participate in university recruitment events, such as job fairs, workshops, and presentations.
  • Help with the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Creating ad-hoc communication and informational content for our intranet. 
  • Collecting and analyzing data and preparing presentations to various stakeholders.
  • Carrying out various administrative and coordination tasks related to our suppliers.
  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition Team Lead with any other unforeseen administrative tasks.

Depending on your field of study, interests, and skills, you may also have the opportunity to participate in other relevant tasks and projects. 

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for someone who is currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Germany within Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

To be successful in this role, you need to have/are:  

  • A structured and analytical approach to your work.
  • Strong communication skills. 
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently. 
  • Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken. 

In addition, you are a natural team player who thrives in a dynamic, international environment where change is the order of the day.
