How to contribute to our vision

  • Digitalization and technology play a pivotal role for Siemens Energy and our clients;
  • As part of the SE Assurance IT Audit Team, you provide assurance to the Managing Board by exploring questions that matter and create impact, for topics such as cloud computing, data privacy, cybersecurity, and implementation of large IT projects;
  • You help us predict future risks and work in an agile and innovative environment;
  • Be a change agent: Participate in forward-looking projects that provide assurance on critical business matters;
  • Driving audit planning as well as performing analyses to ensure that all risks and controls are identified;
  • Taking full ownership and responsibility of assigned audit tasks as well as understanding risk and impact of observations;
  • Interviewing business contacts to extract crucial information as well as managing global relationships, solidifying SE A as a trusted advisor;
  • Using analytical skills to identify root causes of findings and assisting business contacts in developing improvement measures.

What you need to make a difference

  • Strong past performance in academics (e.g.: IT, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.);
  • Longstanding professional experience within Energy and/or related industries, a technology company, a Big4 accounting firm or consulting;
  • Experience and advanced knowledge in : IT risk management and assurance, cybersecurity, managing of complex IT projects, implementing digital use cases or possessing an expert view on digital business models, state-of-the-art technology (e.g. cloud computing, SAP ERP, S/4 Hana, blockchain, artificial intelligence, edge computing, DevOps);
  • Business fluent in English;
  • Work experience in international business setting as well as experiences working and communicating with multiple cultures are desirable;
  • Strong desire and drive to develop into future leadership roles as well as commitment to continuous learning and education/development potential;
  • Committed to work in a highly diverse and inclusive agile environment together with global travel requirements.
  • Certifications such as: CISA, CISM, CISSP, etc might be a plus
  • Experience on Cybersecurity specific projects might be also positive and value adding.
