Maintenance Department is responsible for implementing all predictive, preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure all production equipment and tools in good condition .

Responsibility

• Implement all predictive, preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure it is completed in accordance with technical manuals, Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality procedures.
• Develop and continue to improve maintenance plan and register PM plan in EAM system, and collaborate with production, logistics departments for maintaining equipments in good operation condition.
• Ensure maintenance with high quality, and complete tasks as quickly as possible according to PM plan in EAM system so to minimize the impact for production such as shutdown time.
• Responsible for effective breakdown response and ensure root cause is identified and corrective actions implemented，and register the problem in EAM system.
• Spare parts management.
• Clear on how to acquire the necessary resources and support from others.
• Commit to persistent improvement related to safety, quality and production condition.
• Report to immediate superior timely for assistance if not able to solve problems.
• Assist with additional projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• College Diploma or above, major in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years related working experience as a skilled industrial electrician or electrical technician, practical experience on mechanical work is advantageous.3.High and low voltage electrical certificate
• High and low voltage electrical certificate
