How to contribute to our vision

Working as support in different technical tasks and operations, you will be responsible for;

  • PowerPoint materials for steering committee meetings, module review sessions.
  • Support the team in implementation, adaptation, updating of new tools or process (i.e. updates in Power BI and creation of new report)
  • Support project detailed scheduling & task management in New Project Development or Technology Development Projects
  • Support on monitoring department resource levels and project resource planning
  • Support on tracking project activity list and chase critical task updates
  • Support on budget preparation & necessary documentation.
  • Support on creation of module annual calendar.
  • Other ad hoc tasks for the team

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. 

To be successful in this role, you need to be enrolled and studying in a Bachelor or Master program (with preferably 2 years still left of your studies) in the fields of management & engineering, business administration, strategy, project management or similar fields or similar in combination with thorough practical experience.

Additionally, you need to have;

  • Good skills at MS Office programs (i.e. MS Power Point, MS Excel, MS Project..)
  • A structured, proactive, and analytical approach
  • A team player mentality
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • An Ability to work with very diverse team in multi-cultural environment.
  • Excellent fluency in English both orally and in writing

Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency, and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
