Working Student Partnerships (m/f/d) - Business Development

Join us as a Working Student Partnerships (m/f/d) in our Business Development team on a shared journey that matters!

The Business Development Team at MOIA is in charge of a variety of tasks to drive the expansion of ridepooling based on autonomous vehicles to new cities - from identifying new opportunities and forming partnerships to collaborating with teams across the company to ensure a successful implementation of new projects. 

The role and your impact at MOIA

• Research and identify potential markets, clients, and partnerships for MOIA and prepare briefings for management

• Assist in scoping projects and preparing proposals, contracts and agreements with new clients and partners

• Support the preparation of meetings with internal stakeholders and potential customers 

• Compile presentations and information material for potential clients

• Help to prepare industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent MOIA and identify new business opportunities

Job responsibilities and detailed projects will be determined based on your educational background, interests and skills.

What will help you to fulfill your role 

• You are currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's or (preferably) Master's program in business administration, economics, (industrial) engineering, urban design, or other fields with transferable skills for business development in the field of on-demand mobility
• Fluent in German and English is a must
• Analytical skillset
• Proactive and hands-on mentality
• You believe in the future of autonomous driving
• First experience as working student or intern is a must
• To support you in your personal development and to be able to take responsibility for projects and processes, you should be enrolled in your studies and available for at least one year. 

Nice-to-have:

• Experience within the Mobility sector  
• Experience in a SaaS product environment 
• Experience in processing tenders (in German and internationally)

Student Community

We are diverse group of mostly students, who are curious, motivated and always eager to learn new things. We are a community of approx. 20 people, living in Hamburg and Berlin. We get together once per quarter to discuss different topics like sharing projects from our daily work or just for a coffee chat.

As a Working Student, you will be working on challenging projects with high impact. You work together with your team, who will help you to identify project goals, while also inspiring you, mentoring you and supporting your professional development.
