We are looking for a highly motivated, well-structured and dedicated Business Controller to join our Controlling team at the blades factory in Aalborg, Denmark.

How to contribute to our vision

Your responsibilities as Business Controller includes being a business partner to both the business and the Aalborg factory management group. You will be preparing monthly cost center forecast, which includes investments, headcount and cost planning. You will participate in month end closing activities such as preparing journal entries, reporting of actuals as well as you will support management with monthly updates on KPIs.

Your responsibilities will also include:

• Understand and explain drivers in actual figures.
• Apply knowledge about drivers to predict and estimate future months.
• Act as a business partner to various stakeholders.
• Being the business partner to the plant, herein supporting and challenging the business to strive for continuous improvement.
• Support special projects and ad hoc analysis when needed.
• Drive investment approval boards.
• Consolidate and report CapEx figures.
• Forecast depreciations and PP&E.
• Equipment and asset management

What you need to make a difference

We are looking for a motivated team player, who is proactive, responsible, and structured with excellent communication skills. You interact with stakeholders high and low in the organization as well as external stakeholders. You are motivated by providing quality results within the deadlines and are happy to work in a dynamic organization and environment. Furthermore, you have an open-minded approach to people and changing work environments.

The ideal candidate holds a university degree in the area of Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Accounting and has a minimum of 3 years working experience in commercial or controlling areas. Experience in production controlling will be an advantage, but not a must.

You are as a person curious and want to learn and contribute in the organization, as well as you are good at managing different stakeholders. You know how to plan and prioritize the given tasks within your responsibility. Moreover, you are an experienced user of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel) and experience with SAP and Power BI/Query/Pivot is an advantage.

It is an advantage if you thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are familiar with working in large organizations. It is therefore important that you have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken. Familiarity with the Danish language is an advantage.
