We are seeking a highly organized Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Cairo. As our Office Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the front desk operations, ensuring a warm and professional environment for guests and colleagues. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of tasks, including greeting visitors, managing office supplies, and providing essential support to the HR and Operations departments.

What you will do to help drive the energy transition: 

  • You will greet and welcome guests and colleagues with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.

  • You will manage incoming phone calls, ensuring they are answered promptly and directed to the appropriate party.

  • You will handle email and postal correspondence efficiently, ensuring timely responses and proper filing.

  • You will oversee the central administration and ordering of general office supplies, standard promotional materials, lunch menus, beverages, fruits, and catering services.

  • You will independently contribute to the planning, organization, and execution of events, including setting up and clearing event spaces.

  • You will assist with the organization of events and the onboarding process for new employees.

  • You will provide cross-site support to the HR department, including obtaining signatures and dispatching documents.

What you will need on that journey: 

  • Proven experience in a receptionist or office coordinator role.

  • Excellent communication skills in both, English and Arabic.

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in office management software and email platforms.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
