NetSuite Administrator

As part of our growth strategy, we are implementing NetSuite to streamline our finance operations and improve efficiency. We are seeking a seasoned NetSuite Administrator to play a key role in this initiative.Its legacy business management applications are at the limit of their capacity and capability. A new enterprise resource planning tool (ERP) is required to both provide a finance back bone for the Group, and to integrate information flows and insights across the group. Oracle’s NetSuite SAAS platform has been selected for this task. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the ongoing success of NetSuite for the Group and is key to maintaining appropriate systems controls that reflect the Group’s segregation of duties. 

What you'll do

Maintaining user access and roles, ensuring appropriate segregation of duties and identification of potential weaknesses in segregation of dutiesMaintaining the Group Chart of Accounts, subsidiary structure and segmentsCustomising and maintaining reports, dashboards, and saved searchesDeveloping and and maintaining process documents and training materials related to NetSuite processes and usageTraining new end-users and providing ongoing training for existing end-usersIdentifying potential for improvements within the NetSuite and within internal processesActively participating in UAT for rollout of NetSuite across business unitsTroubleshooting problems including system interface/integration issuesKeeping NetSuite up-to-date by testing and implementing system updates and new functionality Assisting in the process of selecting, setting up, implementing, and monitoring new features, functionalities, and add-ons

What you'll need

3+ years of relevant NetSuite system administration experienceExperience supporting core financial processes (P2P, O2C, R2R)NetSuite Certification (Administrator or SuiteFoundation) is advantageousA drive to get more out of Octopus’s NetSuite investment, and to continuously improve
