Service > Global Service Supply Chain > Tools Administration You will join a team of approximately 60 employees working in the One Tool Offshore warehouse in Esbjerg, which is globally supplying construction and service tools. You will contribute to an efficient supply chain system, overseeing the timely coordination of tool supplies for future site operations. As Lead Site Project Tool Coordinator, you will be responsible for optimizing the tool outbound flow and coordinating directly with site stake holders as well as coordinating the outbound flow from the warehouse.

Responsibilities

  • Functional lead of the Site Project Tool Coordinators and ensuring tasks are delegated
  • Ensure tool demand are placed in SAP
  • Follow up on MRP flow
  • Assist in optimizing operational processes
  • Working with the Lean principle for the supply of offshore tools
  • Coordination and planning of tool orders

  Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience within project coordination, supply chain and logistical coordination is beneficial but not required
  • Understanding of ERP systems, e.g. SAP
  • End 2 end Supply chain understanding and operational buying
  • Fluent in English / Danish both written and verbally
  • Knowledge of Lean training and SAP order handling & material management
