Service Coordinator

By fulfilling them we aim improve continuously in what and how we do for the business and for creating of the best place to work at.  Vestas' Service Operation Support Department for Poland and Baltic countries is a part of Vestas Service Poland which is responsible for supporting operational activities on the wind turbines. The department has an open and informal culture, where teamwork and good communication is the key to our growth.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of day-to-day facility operation, including payment of monthly bills - direct collaboration with finance team
• Managing internal reports, relevant documentation and invoicing. Track and monitor vendor invoices and expenses
• SAP related tasks, creation of vendors, PR/PO 
• Employees on-boarding coordination, Internal and external trainings coordination, including communication with employees
• Data entry to internal systems. Work on external systems and applications managed in English language
• Providing strong administrative support in the region Poland & Baltics. Focus on simplicity, transparency, and cost efficiency within the business
• Ensuring proper communication and documentation flow 

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge, skills and experience in MS Office
• Experience in a similar position will be an advantage
• Ability to analyze numerical data and identify trends
• Knowledge of organizational processes and systems
• Very good verbal and written English communication skills
