How to contribute to our vision

For our Operational Excellence Digital Transformation team in Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, we are looking for a motivated Student Worker to support our current initiatives. You will be involved in projects focusing on UX/UI design and project management, contributing to the optimization of our factory operations in Aalborg.

The candidate will be working with designs and development of the visual identity of the team.

Your tasks will include:

• Assist in the design and development of user interfaces for digital tools and platforms

• Support project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of digital transformation projects

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback

• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experiences

• Assist in producing graphic deliverables

• Perform ad hoc tasks as needed to support the team

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled at the university (Bachelor or Master’s) in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Visual Identity (or similar).

To be successful in this role, you need/are:

• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe, especially Photoshop, and the Microsoft Power-suite

• Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools is a plus

• To have a structured approach to your work and can handle multiple assignments simultaneously

• To have advanced English skills, both orally and in writing.

• You possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Be aware that we are looking for someone who can work on-site at least twice a week. We offer more flexibility during your exam period.

Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency, and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
