How to contribute to our vision

We are looking for communicators like you to support our Project Engineering function as well as our Vejle location with communications task.You will create relevant content and messaging across a wide variety of wind energy topics primarily internal communication via digital channels and onsite.

Besides being an active and valued member of the team, you will be involved in a variety of communications projects, primarily focused on supporting the Offshore Execution team based in Vejle, Denmark.

Tasks will include:

• Content creation for the Project Engineering team (interviews, copywriting in English, video etc)

• Content creation for Vejle location (internal messaging)

• Presentations

• Carry out other communications-related ad hoc tasks

We are a global function spread over different locations and have high level of diversity in the team.

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled at the university (Bachelor or Master’s) in communications, journalism, linguistics, or environmental sciences. (or similar).

To be successful in this role, you need:

• You have a strong understanding of target audiences and how to best approach them.

• You also have excellent stakeholder management skills and a well-developed ability to communicate clearly and precisely with a high attention to detail.

• In addition, you understand various communications channels and develop target-audience-specific content accordingly.

• You independently take the initiative to ask and clarify questions, and provide sound, timely solutions.

• You are proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.

We expect you to come to the office in Vejle 1-2 days a week and work up to 25 hours per week. Remote work is also a possibility however, the position is with mainly being in the office. You will be placed in a team with also other young colleagues.

Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency, and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.

Start date to be agreed upon, aiming for medio September 2024.
