How to contribute to our vision

Develop and expand operational competencies in the team, ensure capabilities and skills are matching future requirements for the team. Working with individuals to ensure qualification is benefiting the organization and helping the project portfolio. Ensure the strategy and the development direction is matching the company’s goal.

Responsible for the teams’ deliveries, secure collaboration with multiple sub-suppliers, and solution providers. Focus on optimizing procedure and process there can help the team with their day-to-day task.

You will be the interlink between various stakeholders internally and externally and acquire and allocate necessary resources for a successful execution of the project.

Focus on collaboration in the team and with other teams. Ensure individuals wellbeing and foster a strong team culture. Work with knowledge sharing across project teams and within the electrical module to ensure harmonized ways of working.

Close collaboration with strategi sub suppliers to make it possible for them to build prototypes and implement the developed products in their production with a cost optimized focus.

You will also actively take part in the collaboration with other managers in the electrical module and across other modules within our technology organization. 

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for:

A candidates with 3-5 years’ experience of managing technical teams. A degree in electrical engineering, or similar. Experience working with multiple cultures, agile methodologies and prove strong technical knowledge within the low voltage area is beneficial in this position.

A solid technical understanding together with good analytical skills and a strong physical understanding that lets you combine your skills with common sense. Experience within design of low voltage systems, general system knowledge for full technical systems is preferred, you should know how to set a good example through leading rather than instructing.

To be successful in this position, you must be structured and innovative, and your approach to task solving is technically sound and commercially viable. You possess the ability to work both independently and in teams with an outgoing and proactive attitude toward your work. Can motivate the team, follow up on technical activities, and secure progress and understanding within the team.

You can interface at all levels in a dynamic environment, and you have effective communication skills, also in English, both orally and in writing.

Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency, and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
