Job Description

EcoVadis is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator, driven by sustainability, to join our team in Barcelona, bringing energy and passion in a positive environment to manage the success of EcoVadis' customers. We are trusted partners, facilitating change and providing guidance and expertise on how to integrate sustainability in business decisions to drive customer value creation and impact. We bring customer and market perspective to internal stakeholders to continuously develop best in class solutions.Your primary responsibility is to act as a facilitator of your customers’ successful program implementation and to accompany them to solidly adjust their existing processes to reflect an enhanced perspective of sustainable and impactful business outcomes. Your tasks will include (but will not be limited to): Empower customers on their program implementation:Assisting with creating powerful communication to internal stakeholders (buyers) and suppliers Helping them identify appropriate actions towards their target achievementDelivering training sessions for relevant customer stakeholders (buyers)Answering clients’ operational questions via email or callEnable customers to: Monitor their performance and progress through relevant program KPIsReach their pre-defined strategic goals through operational excellenceIncrease the adoption of the subscribed solution(s) amongst the clients’ stakeholder communityManage enablement of stakeholders with regards to program, strategic goals and operational implementationHelp customers to take all relevant benefit from the customization options of their solution to best reflect their context and serve their purposeRepresent the customer voice within EcoVadis to adapt tools and processes to customer needsCreate models to answer current business questions; validate and understand the conclusionsTeamwork and best practices sharing to contribute to the development of EcoVadis services and to maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere

Qualifications

2+ years successful customer support experience with large accounts acquired in a fast paced environmentPreferably Bachelor's degree with a focus on sustainability, supply chain or business is a plusProfessional fluency in German and English (reading, writing and speaking) is essential as you will be discussing complex sustainable procurement solutions with customers in both languages. Additionally, fluency in Polish is a plus.Demonstrate analytical skills and attention to detail - you will have good Excel skillsYou will be familiar with summarizing data into insights in multiple formats for customer presentations using PPT of Slides, for exampleProficiency in G-Suite applications and other tools such as Salesforce or Wrike is a plusConfidence to work independently and autonomously, manage time effectively, ability to prioritize tasks and know when to ask for helpKnowledge of procurement systems and/or SaaS solutions is an asset but not essential as your onboarding experience is designed to support your growth in these areas
