A Snapshot of Your Day

This role is dedicated to the strategic design of digital end-to-end processes across the product lifecycle. It emphasizes the close alignment between business and IT, the development of scalable integration architectures, and the establishment of sustainable standards to support digital transformation within a business area comprising four independently operating units. We are seeking an experienced architect (f/m/d) with deep expertise in the strategic alignment of PLM processes and data, and their integration into the digital enterprise landscape. Ideal candidates will bring a strong background in designing scalable end-to-end processes, bridging business and IT perspectives, and driving digital transformation and innovation.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Be the main point of contact for PLM-related business requests, guiding them through the full IT demand process.
• Work closely with teams to understand PLM needs and translate them into clear, actionable IT requirements.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the product lifecycle.
• Provide strategic guidance to colleagues, helping align business and IT through unified PLM strategies.
• Design scalable PLM architectures that integrate smoothly with ERP, MES, CAD, and CRM systems, while staying aligned with standards and strategic goals.
• Represent business interests in IT projects, ensuring technical solutions meet real-world needs.
• Actively contribute to PLM key user and expert communities, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing.

What You Bring

• Proven ability to design and implement scalable PLM architectures, data models, and governance frameworks across the product lifecycle.
• Deep expertise in Teamcenter functionality, architecture, and integration.
• Hands-on experience through practical IT projects, with a focus on secure and scalable infrastructure.
• Strong skills in designing interfaces and data flows within the PLM-architecture, ensuring compliance and perfomance.
• A solid consulting background with the ability to align business and IT strategies, engage executives, and drive digital transformation.
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, experience coordinating across global teams, and willingness to travel internationally to support strategic PLM initiatives.

Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise.
