Service Administrator (m/w/d)

Vestas als dänisches Unternehmen ist der weltweit führende Hersteller von Windenergieanlagen. Für die Abteilung Special Task Blades, suchen wir einen Service Administrator (w/m/d), der die administrativen Aufgaben in enger Zusammenarbeit mit einer Gruppe von Einsatzplanern bearbeitet.

Deine Aufgaben

• Erstellung von Bestellanfragen und Warenannahme in SAP 
• Prüfung und Ablage von Dokumenten in Salesforce, Vestas Online, usw. 
• Bearbeitung von Serviceaufträgen in Salesforce 
• Kontakt zu internen und externen Stakeholdern

Deine Qualifikationen und Kompetenzen

• Technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung 
• Du bringst gute EDV-Kenntnisse mit, idealerweise bereits in Salesforce, SAP und Microsoft Office 
• Technische Themen liegen Dir und Du kannst Dich darin schnell zurechtfinden (Technische Vorkenntnisse nicht erforderlich) 
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Du bist kommunikationsstark und bringst das notwendige Durchsetzungsvermögen mit
• Dir gefällt es im Team und mit dem Team zu arbeiten, sich gegenseitig zu unterstützen und erfolgreich zu sein
• Organisations- und anpassungsfähig
