Ensure the fulfillment of HSE Plans during all the projectEnsure that contractors and their employees documentation complies with SGRE requirementsEnsure that all workers have site inductionParticipate in accidents investigationsParticipate in HSE meetings in the projectCommunicate HSE deviations to project managementEnsure the implementations of preventive and corrective measuresHSE reports to project manager and EMiPCollaborate in the toolbox Talks or specific trainings Communicate lessons learned, safety alerts, etc.•Perform HSE inspections and register them properly in the required system•Ensure that there is an approved risk assessment before the commencement of any tasks•Register and document inspections results in required system•Support audits by providing documentation to be audited•Collaborate to define corrective actions and monitor their implementation•Supervise tasks according to the H&S Plan •Participate in accidents investigations•Management of HS documentation of companies, workers and machinery•Support management of Emergency Response Plan •Organize Site Induction •Organize toolbox talks •Participate in HSE meetings with customers on site
