Maintenance Mechanic (Goleniów)

The Maintenance Department at Vestas ensures the operational reliability of all production machinery and technical infrastructure. Our team plays a key role in supporting continuous production, minimizing downtime, and driving improvements in equipment performance. Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, pneumatic, and industrial maintenance on production equipment
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of machines and technical systems
• Carry out repairs, installations, and technical acceptance of machinery
• Diagnose and report technical issues using the EAM system
• Participate in daily team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean, 5S)
• Ensure all tasks are performed in compliance with Vestas safety standards

Requirements

• Vocational, secondary, or higher technical education in mechanics or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance within a production environment
• Strong knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, and industrial hydraulics
• Ability to work in a shift system
• Communicative English language skills as “nice to have”
• Familiarity with technical documentation and maintenance systems (e.g., EAM)

• Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
• Proficiency in using maintenance software (e.g., EAM)
• Team collaboration and effective communication
