Monthly training allowance (gross, minimum):

• Year 1: € 1,290
• Year 2: € 1,420
• From year 3: regular employee salary
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1

4 IHK qualifications in 3 years

• 2-year apprenticeship as Retail Management Assistant (requirement: min. A-levels)
  • Placement on organic farm or production site
  • Deep product & range knowledge
  • Sales, merchandising, freshness checks, checkout, customer advice
  • Store control: ordering, inventory, promos, staff planning
  • Theatre workshop “Adventure Culture”
• 1-year further training as Retail Business Manager
  • Early leadership responsibility
• Additional certificate “Organic Retail Specialist” (year 3)
• Trainer aptitude AEVO (year 3)
