Training allowance (min.)

• Year 1: €1,290 per month
• Year 2: €1,420 per month
• From year 3: regular employee salary
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1

4 IHK qualifications in 3 years

• 2 years: Retail Merchant (min. subject-specific university entrance)
• Theatre workshop „Adventure Culture“
• Practical experience on organic farm or production site
• In-depth product and range knowledge
• Retail basics: presentation, freshness checks, checkout, advice
• Store management: ordering, inventory, campaigns, scheduling
• 1 year: Advanced training as Retail Management Specialist
• Early leadership responsibility
• Extra qualification „Organic Retail“ (year 3)
• Instructor aptitude according to AEVO (year 3)
