Holiday entitlement: 36 days/year
Training salary (gross/month):

• Year 1: €1,290
• Year 2: €1,420
• Year 3: regular employee salary
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1

Your development pathway

• 2 years training as Retail Sales Assistant (min. A-levels / sixth-form certificate)
• 1 year advanced training to become Retail Management Specialist
• Additional qualification “Natural Food Retail” and trainer aptitude certificate (AEVO) in year 3
