Internal Accounting & Controlling / Accounts Receivable Specialist

Your Day at Siemens Energy

You will reconcile GR/IR accounts by matching goods receipts with supplier invoices, clear discrepancies and investigate aged or unusual variances. Working closely with Purchasing, Receiving and Accounts Payable you resolve missing or incorrect data and ensure full compliance with accounting policies. Additional core tasks include posting journal entries, validating payment runs, reviewing accounts-receivable ageing and maintaining accurate documentation for a smooth month-end close.

What You Bring

• Ongoing or completed degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• Solid knowledge of GR/IR reconciliation, accruals and invoice matching
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, standard formulas)
• Hands-on experience with SAP/R3
• Strong analytical skills to investigate quantity, price and payment variances
• High sense of ownership and accuracy to deliver audit-ready records
