Join us in shaping the future of energy. As Active Part Dryer & Treater you operate and monitor industrial ovens, vacuum pumps and filter systems for drying and oil treatment of active parts in high-power transformers, directly contributing to cleaner, more reliable and affordable energy supply.

Your Responsibilities

• Operate and supervise drying ovens, vacuum pumps and oil filtration equipment
• Perform maintenance and quality checks according to technical standards
• Create and update work instructions and process documentation
• Train new hires in the department
• Daily task planning based on production schedules and quality targets
• Ensure compliance with EHS, QA and cyber-security guidelines

Your Profile

• High-school diploma or equivalent technical qualification
• At least 1 year of experience with pumps, filters and large industrial ovens (transformer drying ovens preferred)
• Willingness to pass Keys certification (reading/writing) and blueprint reading test at local community college
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Additional Requirements

• Standard hearing, vision and pulmonary function tests must be passed
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• US work authorization without sponsorship
• Willingness to complete a 3-month training assignment in Mexico, Brazil or Germany with full relocation support and compensation
