Agent

The Service Department is responsible for the proper functioning of our customers' wind farms. In this sense, we ensure the performance of each turbine throughout its useful life. We guarantee that the turbines are operational at their maximum capacity, providing the best energy yield for customers. As such, the team is crucial for us to maintain a loyal and long-term relationship with our customers. The Agent is responsible to performing technical planning of unscheduled work orders in the established field of operations for the maintenance of wind turbines.

Responsibilities:

• Create work orders from system or manually • Perform an entitlement check via system support and identify T&M opportunities • If the entitlement is not recognized by the system - clarify the status with Contract Manager • Take customer specific clauses into consideration when planning • Technically Plan a Work order (map a work type / task list or manual planning: Define and search out all required materials, tools, services and resources) • Identify CIM opportunities and link work order (if applicable) • Reassign a work order to Technical Support Engineers if advanced planning is required OR to Upstream if commercial clarification is required • Forward work order to the next role

Qualifications:

•Technical background with experience in Wind turbines •Good understanding of entitlement / commercial customer specifics • Ready to read into technical documentations and drawings•Affinity to work according to processes and navigate in technical (commercial) related systems •Structured and detailed working approach •Self-organization / good time management and stress resistant •Technical communications skills •System user of MS Office, SAP and Salesforce •Experience in a technical and administrative background •Affinity to work according to processes and navigate in different systems •Structured and detailed working approach. • Proficient with IT systems and familiar with database and planning tools • Work experience For 4MW platforms.

Competences:
