Plant Operator (m/f/d) – Laser Drilling

Your area of responsibility
As a Plant Operator (m/f/d) in Laser Drilling at our Berlin site, you ensure the continuous production of highly precise gas turbine components. You independently set up CNC-controlled laser drilling machines, operate and monitor them according to technical drawings and work orders, carry out in-process quality checks and record all relevant data in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES). In addition, you support maintenance work and continuous-improvement initiatives to guarantee efficient, high-quality manufacturing.

• Independent set-up and operation of CNC laser drilling machines
• Monitoring and optimisation of machine parameters and machining processes
• Quality inspections with precision measuring equipment and documentation in MES
• Participation in maintenance, repairs and continuous improvement

Your qualifications

• Completed vocational training in a metal-working profession or comparable qualification
• Experience in quality assurance and reading technical drawings
• Proficient use of precision measuring instruments and understanding of manufacturing processes
• Fluent German
