Your role

• independently replace old boilers with modern air-to-water heat pumps in the Hamburg/Kiel region
• Work from a fully equipped van alongside a second mechanic or trainee
• Close cooperation with planners, logistics and customer service
• Continuous improvement of installation processes for maximum efficiency

What you bring

• Completed vocational training as HVAC mechanic (heating focus) or comparable experience
• Prior heat-pump experience preferred and willingness to specialise
• Strong customer focus and quality mindset
• Team player comfortable with digital workflows
