Customer Support Representative

What you’ll do

You’ll speak with our customers by phone, email and occasionally in person to answer questions and solve issues. When needed you’ll liaise with external energy suppliers. Working in Operations places you at the heart of the business, delivering end-to-end customer support without bouncing callers between departments.
