What you’ll do

You’ll speak with our customers by phone, email and occasionally face-to-face, answering questions and solving issues. When needed, you’ll liaise with other energy suppliers. Sitting in Operations, you own the entire customer journey—no endless call transfers. Every day you craft tailor-made solutions and keep pace with our rapid growth.
