Apprenticeship as Retail Merchant (m/f/d) – Berlin Sonntagstraße (2026)

During your three-year apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will rotate through every store department: from goods receipt and warehousing to checkout, fresh-food counters, bistro and back office. You will present organic foods attractively, advise customers expertly on our range, support promotions and advertising measures, and organise ordering, receiving and quality control. After successful completion, excellent takeover opportunities into a permanent full-time role await.

Your tasks:

• Attractive presentation and merchandising of high-quality organic foods
• Comprehensive, friendly customer consultation
• Cashier duties and balancing
• Assistance with marketing campaigns and sales promotions
• Organising ordering, goods receipt, quality checks and storage
• Support with seasonal product placements

What you bring:

• Good school performance, ideally intermediate school-leaving certificate
• Enjoy dealing with people and excellent manners
• Strong team spirit, commitment and sense of responsibility
• Interest in organic and natural products

We offer:

• 36 days’ holiday (6-day week) and attractive training salary: Year 1 €1,200, Year 2 €1,250, Year 3 €1,300 gross/month
