Retail Apprenticeship (f/m/d) – Organic Food / Bochum (2026)

During your 3-year retail apprenticeship (m/f/d) at Denns BioMarkt you will gradually discover every area of the store – from goods receipt and attractive merchandising through to expert customer advice on organic food. You work actively in day-to-day operations, ensure smooth processes and take on tasks at the checkout, fresh-food counters, bistro and back office.

Your tasks

• Presenting and maintaining our organic product range
• Providing friendly, needs-based customer advice
• Operating the checkout and balancing the till
• Ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• Supporting advertising campaigns, promotions and seasonal displays

What you bring

• Good school results, ideally intermediate school-leaving certificate
• Enjoy dealing with people and strong team spirit
• High level of commitment, reliability and interest in organic and natural products
