Apprenticeship as Retail Sales Assistant – Flensburg (2026)

During your 3-year retail apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will discover every aspect of an organic supermarket: from product presentation and stock management to customer consulting and cashiering, as well as back-office tasks. You will take responsibility for shelf maintenance, coordinate orders, implement marketing activities and advise customers expertly on organic products. Training takes place on-site and via our e-learning platform „Wissen macht BIO“.

Your tasks:

• attractive presentation of organic ranges
• competent, friendly customer service
• cashier duties and balancing
• service at bakery, cheese and bistro counters
• ordering, goods receipt, quality checks and storage
• support of promotions and seasonal placements
