Apprenticeship as Retail Sales Assistant – Frankfurt-Berger Strasse (2026)

During your 3-year apprenticeship as a Retail Sales Assistant you will discover every area of our Denns organic supermarket: from goods receipt and storage to attractive product presentation and expert advice on organic food. You actively support daily operations, handle checkout procedures, help implement promotions and seasonal displays, and ensure smooth workflows. Shelf maintenance, bakery and cheese counters, bistro service and administrative back-office tasks are all part of your experience.

Your responsibilities:

• Eye-catching presentation of our organic range
• Competent, friendly customer service and advice
• Checkout operations and cash reconciliation
• Implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions
• Purchasing, incoming goods inspection, quality control and warehousing
• Assistance with sales campaigns and seasonal product placement

What you bring:

• At least a secondary-school leaving certificate with good grades
